Start counting in Tiger (February) in the outer ring and proceed along the circumference while you follow 5,4,3.. 6,5,4 until you reached the Ox month. Then move on to the second ring and while you proceed with 2,1,9, 8 etc., notice the spiral movement of the Universe.
